  21. This is from the secret recipe vault of one such establishment:

  23. Cinnamon
  24. Sugar
  25. Cornflake crumbs
  26. Vanilla Ice cream

  28. Mix 5 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon.  Roll 4oz balls of ice cream in
  29. this to coat, then in the crumbs and shape into a ball.  Dip the ball
  30. momentarily in 350 degree oil and serve with your favorite toppings
  31. (chocolate, strawberry, honey, etc.).
